{"id":16779,"date":"2026-01-05T09:00:02","date_gmt":"2026-01-05T08:00:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wipconsulting.it\/?p=16779"},"modified":"2026-01-05T11:02:28","modified_gmt":"2026-01-05T10:02:28","slug":"lexport-italiano-nel-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wipconsulting.it\/en\/lexport-italiano-nel-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019export italiano nel 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Il 2026 non si presenta come un anno di crescita lineare per l\u2019export italiano.<br \/>\nSi presenta come\u00a0un anno di complessit\u00e0, caratterizzata da rischi strutturali, nuovi equilibri, una complessit\u00e0 che esige rigore e non improvvisazione<br \/>\nNon verranno premiate le aziende pi\u00f9 coraggiose, n\u00e9 quelle pi\u00f9 aggressive sul prezzo.<br \/>\nVerranno premiate\u00a0quelle strutturate, capaci di leggere il contesto e comprendere i mercati.<br \/>\nIl commercio internazionale non \u00e8 fermo.<br \/>\n\u00c8\u00a0instabile, frammentato, condizionato da fattori geopolitici, finanziari, logistici e normativi che si intrecciano tra loro. E ignorarli non li rende meno rilevanti.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Un mondo meno globale e pi\u00f9 selettivo<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol', 'Noto Color Emoji';\">Negli ultimi vent\u2019anni l\u2019export italiano ha beneficiato di un sistema globale relativamente aperto, prevedibile, basato su filiere lunghe ma stabili.<br \/>\n<\/span>Quel sistema\u00a0non esiste pi\u00f9.<br \/>\nNel 2026 il commercio internazionale sar\u00e0 caratterizzato da:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>regionalizzazione delle filiere<\/li>\n<li>accordi bilaterali pi\u00f9 che multilaterali<\/li>\n<li>maggiore intervento degli Stati<\/li>\n<li>ritorno di barriere indirette (regole, standard, certificazioni, controlli)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La globalizzazione non \u00e8 finita. \u00c8 diventata\u00a0asimmetrica.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>La mappa dei rischi e delle tensioni<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>L\u2019<strong>Europa <\/strong>resta un mercato fondamentale per l\u2019export italiano, ma:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cresce lentamente<\/li>\n<li>\u00e8 iper-regolata<\/li>\n<li>sempre pi\u00f9 sensibile a compliance, ESG, tracciabilit\u00e0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qui il rischio non \u00e8 geopolitico, ma\u00a0di modello e di governance: chi non \u00e8 organizzato viene espulso dal contesto competitivo.<\/p>\n<p>Il <strong>Medio Oriente<\/strong> non \u00e8 un blocco unico. Accanto ad aree ad alta instabilit\u00e0 convivono mercati che continuano ad attrarre investimenti, know-how e prodotti premium. <span style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol', 'Noto Color Emoji';\">Il rischio non \u00e8 l\u2019area in s\u00e9, ma l\u2019approccio delle imprese:\u00a0trattare mercati profondamente diversi come un unico blocco e confondere opportunit\u00e0 selettive con espansione indiscriminata \u00e8 ci\u00f2 che trasforma un mercato con grandi opportunit\u00e0 in un\u2019area ad alto rischio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019<strong>Africa:<\/strong> Il continente africano, ricco di materie prime e di forza lavoro ma anche di contraddizioni e conflitti, va comunque studiato con attenzione, prendendo atto dei numerosi incentivi governativi, previsti nell&#8217;ambito del &#8220;Piano Mattei&#8221;, che ha iniziato ad implementare alcuni dei progetti previsti in alcuni Paesi: Algeria, Tunisia, Kenya, Mozambico&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019<strong>Asia<\/strong> resta centrale, ma meno accessibile:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pi\u00f9 protezionismo<\/li>\n<li>pi\u00f9 competizione locale<\/li>\n<li>maggiore attenzione al controllo delle filiere<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019Asia rimane una macroarea di opportunit\u00e0 interessanti solo per quelle aziende che hanno un chiaro progetto industriale<\/p>\n<p>Il <strong>Nord America<\/strong> \u00e8 un mercato maturo, altamente selettivo e fortemente regolato. Il valore del Made in Italy \u00e8 riconosciuto, ma non \u00e8 sufficiente: contano la capacit\u00e0 di garantire continuit\u00e0 operativa, conformit\u00e0 normativa, affidabilit\u00e0 finanziaria e presidio commerciale stabile.<\/p>\n<p>Il <strong>Sud America<\/strong> merita la massima attenzione perch\u00e9 vi esistono grandi potenzialit\u00e0 per incrementare l&#8217;interscambio. Ma sussistendo ancora profonde problematiche e divergenze tra i paesi europei, l&#8217;Unione Europea, dopo decenni di negoziati, dovr\u00e0 prendere una decisione finale sull&#8217;accordo con il Mercosur.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>I rischi per le aziende italiane<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Il rischio principale per l\u2019export italiano nel 2026\u00a0non \u00e8 il mondo. \u00c8 l\u2019azienda che<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ha una governance poco chiara<\/li>\n<li>non ha dati strutturati<\/li>\n<li>fa confusione tra marketing e strategia<\/li>\n<li>non ha una visione finanziaria<\/li>\n<li>affida l\u2019export all\u2019intuizione<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il mercato non penalizza l\u2019errore. Penalizza\u00a0l\u2019improvvisazione reiterata.<br \/>\nNegli anni scorsi si \u00e8 diffusa una retorica pericolosa: <em>bisogna osare, buttarsi, provare.<br \/>\n<\/em>Nel 2026 questa narrazione diventa un boomerang. I mercati non premiano chi rischia di pi\u00f9. Premiano chi riduce i rischi in modo intelligente. Selezionano chi ha metodo, non chi improvvisa.<br \/>\nIl coraggio senza struttura non \u00e8 audacia. \u00c8 alto rischio d\u2019impresa.<br \/>\nEsportare oggi significa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>leggere i contesti prima dei numeri<\/li>\n<li>valutare i mercati prima dei clienti<\/li>\n<li>preparare l\u2019azienda prima del prodotto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il tempo delle scorciatoie \u00e8 finito. Il 2026 non perdona l\u2019assenza di metodo.<br \/>\nIn questo contesto cos\u00ec complesso, l\u2019export italiano non \u00e8 in crisi, \u00e8 entrato in una fase adulta. Chi sapr\u00e0 affrontarla con lucidit\u00e0 continuer\u00e0 a crescere. Chi continuer\u00e0 a muoversi <em>a sensazione<\/em> verr\u00e0 escluso lentamente, senza rumore.
