Negli ultimi anni il tema della\u00a0leadership femminile\u00a0e delle difficolt\u00e0 avvertite dalle\u00a0donne\u00a0nel raggiungimento di\u00a0posizioni managerialiall\u2019interno delle\u00a0aziende\u00a0sono diventati importanti argomenti di dibattito, specialmente a fronte del fatto che attualmente la popolazione femminile rappresenta la met\u00e0 della\u00a0forza lavoro globale. I recenti\u00a0movimenti di rivendicazione dei diritti\u00a0delle donne e della\u00a0parit\u00e0 di genere\u00a0hanno mostrato che, nonostante il numero delle donne che ricoprono incarichi di rilievo sia in aumento tanto nel mondo degli affari quanto in quello della politica, esistono ancora una serie di\u00a0ostacoli strutturali\u00a0e sociali che impediscono la piena affermazione di una leadership femminile forte e diffusa.<\/p>\n<h4>LE DONNE CEO SONO ANCORA TROPPO POCHE<\/h4>\n<p>Secondo la classifica stilata da\u00a0Dow Jones\u00a0a gennaio 2019,\u00a0Women CEOs of the S&amp;P 500, la percentuale di donne che ricoprono ruoli diamministratore delegato\u00a0nelle 500 principali compagnie del mondo si aggira intorno al 4,8% (24 aziende): un dato davvero esiguo se si pensa che il 44% dei dipendenti di queste imprese \u00e8 composto da donne. Bassa anche la percentuale di figure femminili in posizioni di\u00a0senior manager(26,5%), e quella dei posti nei consigli di amministrazione detenuti da dirigenti donne (21,2%). Queste cifre rendono di fatto difficile abbattere quel famoso\u00a0glass ceiling\u00a0ampiamente analizzato in letteratura e contro il quale gran parte delle professioniste di ogni settore continua a scontrarsi.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h4>L&#8217;ALTA PRESENZA FEMMINILE TRA I MANAGER MIGLIORA LE PERFORMANCE AZIENDALI<\/h4>\n<p>Questi risultati dovrebbero indurre le aziende a predisporre una serie di misure volte a diminuire il gap della rappresentazione femminile in posizione di leadership per un duplice motivo. Non solo perch\u00e9 il loro impegno segnerebbe un importante passo nella riduzione degli ostacoli che impediscono una sostanziale parit\u00e0 di genere all\u2019interno della societ\u00e0, ma anche perch\u00e9 genererebbe un considerevole impatto sull\u2019immagine di un\u2019azienda e sulla sua organizzazione interna. \u00c8 un dato ormai consolidato da anni di ricerche e analisi che una forte presenza femminile nei consigli di amministrazione influisca positivamente sulla performance finanziaria di un\u2019impresa e che un elevato numero di donne in posizioni manageriali ne aumenti il capitale reputazionale.
