Sarebbero occorsi 200 anni per arrivare alla parit\u00e0 retributiva. Un dato questo emerso da un lavoro che come gruppo donne stiamo facendo dal 2018, raccogliendo dati e facendo confronti anche con altri Paesi, simili a noi per struttura e per strategia economica&#8221;. Cos\u00ec Luisa Quarta, coordinatrice Gruppo Donne Manageritalia Lombardia e nazionale, commenta con Adnkronos\/Labitalia l&#8217;approvazione in via definitiva della proposta di legge sulla parit\u00e0 salariale.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Il gender gap &#8211; ricorda &#8211; in Italia pesa circa tra il 17 e il 20% e non \u00e8 solo una questione di discriminazione e di non rispetto della legge e di quello che \u00e8 la nostra Costituzione, per la quale uomini e donne sono uguali nel momento in cui intraprendono un percorso lavorativo&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Manageritalia &#8211; assicura Luisa Quarta &#8211; far\u00e0 un grande investimento in termini di comunicazione. Noi abbiamo lavorato a titolo di volontariato sul testo legislativo che abbiamo prima sottoposto all&#8217;Ufficio consigliere di parit\u00e0 della Regione Lombardia.
