Il numero di professionisti appartenenti alle classi previdenziali private, in Italia, \u00e8 cresciuto di oltre l\u20191% nell\u2019anno della pandemia, contrariamente a quanto accaduto ai dipendenti e autonomi.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adepp.info\/2021\/07\/rapporto-annuale-inps-lanalisi-del-centro-studi-adepp\/\">Rapporto annuale\u00a0AdEPP<\/a> (Associazione degli Enti Previdenziali Privati) la maggior parte dei 5mila neoiscritti ha compiuto questa scelta in seguito al percorso di studi universitari affrontato, una minima parte invece si \u00e8 spostato sulla libera professione causa della cessazione del precedente lavoro, oppure per proseguire l\u2019attivit\u00e0 di genitori o per ripiego.<\/p>\n<p>In questo frangente assistiamo a un problema di gap generazionale: nonostante il reddito nominale \u00e8 aumentato negli ultimi 14 anni del 2,4% e nell\u2019ultimo anno del 3,4%, un under 40 guadagna un terzo del collega over 50.<br \/>\nOltre a questo \u00e8 stato portato alla luce anche un gap territoriale, che vede i professionisti del Sud dichiarare un reddito del 48% inferiore rispetto ai colleghi del Nord.<\/p>\n<p>La libera professione \u00e8 invece un\u2019agevolazione per le donne che tentano di conciliare lavoro e famiglia, che infatti rappresentando il 41% del totale degli iscritti alle casse.<\/p>\n<p>Evento comprensibile in uno scenario in cui il tasso di attivit\u00e0 \u00e8 fermo agli anni \u201990, a causa del fenomeno del gender gap che deriva anche da una mancanza di servizi per l\u2019infanzia, che ha visto un peggioramento durante gli anni di pandemia.
