Come ogni anno, l\u2019analisi ha indagato i due principali filoni che identificano le Hard skill e le Soft Skill pi\u00f9 importanti per i professionisti. Cos\u00ec, da una parte abbiamo quelle competenze pi\u00f9 tecniche e che spesso fanno riferimento all\u2019emisfero sinistro del nostro cervello, ovvero la parte specializzata nei processi analitici, logici e razionali, mentre, dall\u2019altra, troviamo le capacit\u00e0 governate principalmente dall\u2019emisfero destro pi\u00f9 dedito allo sviluppo e alla gestione del nostro lato creativo e adattivo che caratterizza il nostro modo di adeguarci alle situazioni e di interagire con gli altri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 15px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; vertical-align: baseline; color: #57565b; line-height: 17px;\">I risultati, se da una parte sottolineano come il comparto tecnologico rimanga essenziale per le hard skill, dall\u2019altra mettono in risalto una costante crescita della necessit\u00e0 per i professionisti di imparare a gestire in maniera migliore il proprio tempo, al fine di poter raggiungere quell\u2019equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privata di cui tanto si parla. In questi ambiti apparentemente cos\u00ec distanti tra loro si pu\u00f2 riscontrare un elemento in comune ovvero un aumento della richiesta da parte delle aziende di trovare professionisti con capacit\u00e0 analitiche.
