Strategie, processi e crisis management nelle campagne di comunicazione\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Il seminario vuole ripercorrere processi e strategie da apprendere affinch\u00e9 si possa organizzare un\u2019efficace campagna di comunicazione, gestendo quella \u201ctempesta\u201d causata da eventi non previsti o momenti fallimentari. Si partir\u00e0 dall\u2019analisi strategica e dalla reach generata dalle conversazioni online riguardo recenti casi di crisis management: tra questi, il crollo del Ponte Morandi, le pubblicit\u00e0 della Uliveto per la nazionale femminile di pallavolo, la festa nel supermercato Carrefour di Fedez, etc. Dal modo di gestire le crisi, talvolta dipende la reputazione, ma anche e soprattutto la sopravvivenza delle organizzazioni.<\/p>\n<p>La giornata inizier\u00e0 con i saluti istituzionali di Simonetta Pattuglia, Presidente CASP di Ferpi, Docente di Marketing Comunicazione e Media, Direttore Master in Economia e Gestione della Comunicazione e dei Media, Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata e di Giuseppe De Lucia, Delegato regionale Ferpi Lazio.
