Conto alla rovescia per la seconda edizione.<\/p>\n<p>Ridurre il divario di genere, favorire l\u2019inclusione e l\u2019accesso delle donne alle posizioni di responsabilit\u00e0 all\u2019interno dell\u2019organizzazione aziendale e nei consigli d\u2019amministrazione di imprese pubbliche e private, oltre a incoraggiare l\u2019occupazione femminile. Sono questi alcuni degli obbiettivi di\u00a0<b>Women on board<\/b>, il progetto ideato da\u00a0<b>Manageritalia\u00a0<\/b>e\u00a0<b>Federmanager\u00a0<\/b>con la collaborazione di\u00a0<b>AIDP<\/b>,\u00a0<b>\u00a0Hub del Territorio ER<\/b>, la\u00a0<b>Saf Emilia-Romagna<\/b>\u00a0e\u00a0<b>CPO Emilia-Romagna,\u00a0<\/b>con il patrocinio dell\u2019Assemblea legislativa della\u00a0<b>Regione Emilia-Romagna<\/b>\u00a0e la partnership degli\u00a0<b>ordini degli Avvocati, dei Commercialisti e dei Consulenti del Lavoro dell\u2019Emilia Romagna<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Il progetto torna con un<b>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.manageritalia.it\/content\/download\/Associazione\/associazioni\/bologna\/wob-23-programma.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nuovo ciclo di appuntamenti<\/a><\/b>, in programma da\u00a0<b>maggio\u00a0<\/b>a\u00a0<b>ottobre 2023<\/b>, in seguito al grande successo della prima edizione; le partecipanti sono state infatti\u00a0<b>oltre 230: donne manager e professioniste<\/b>, provenienti da tutta la regione ed espressione di pi\u00f9 svariati settori economi (terziario, industria, consulenza aziendale e avvocatura), accomunate dalla stessa volont\u00e0 di mettersi in gioco e acquisire le competenze e la consapevolezza del proprio valore per accedere a ruoli di responsabilit\u00e0 nelle aziende e nei cda di societ\u00e0 pubbliche e private.<\/p>\n<p>Women on Board 2023 verr\u00e0 presentato a <strong>Bologna il 5 maggio 2023<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.manageritalia.it\/it\/eventi\/women-on-board-2023-presentazione\">link all&#8217;evento<\/a>), ma \u00e8 gi\u00e0 possibile iscriversi al progetto formativo <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/pages\/responsepage.aspx?id=BLBvwgqf8kSKVT5f_JlUlD1A4rkInPpFl01e72R8AdRUMlJYME03VlUxSFI0T0Y1UTkyRzc2SFdTTy4u\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">qui<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #6b6c6c; font-family: Lato; font-size: 20px;\">Le novit\u00e0 dell\u2019edizione 2023<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tre le novit\u00e0 introdotte da Women on Board 2023. Innanzitutto si amplia il<b>\u00a0numero degli incontri formativi, che passano da 6 a 14<\/b>: le partecipanti avranno l\u2019occasione di confrontarsi con professionisti del settore giuridico, occupazionale, economico e aziendale su argomenti che spaziano dal gender gap ai bilanci, dalle certificazioni al terzo settore, dalla sostenibilit\u00e0 alle normative.<\/p>\n<p>Poi,\u00a0<b>l\u2019accesso al programma formativo<\/b>\u00a0si estende non solo alle manager e alle professioniste residenti in Emilia Romagna ma anche a quelle di tutta Italia: forte la collaborazione con altre regioni, che ospiteranno met\u00e0 degli incontri di Women on board 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Grazie alla collaborazione con gli ordini professionali degli\u00a0<b>avvocati<\/b>, dei\u00a0<b>commercialisti\u00a0<\/b>e dei\u00a0<b>consulenti del lavoro<\/b>,<b>\u00a0potranno partecipare<\/b>\u00a0non solo le manager, ma\u00a0<b>anche le iscritte a tali ordini<\/b>; la frequentazione al corso dar\u00e0 diritto anche ai crediti formativi previsti dai rispettivi ordini.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Informazioni utili per iscriversi<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><b>Women on Board 2023<\/b>\u00a0\u00e8 un percorso\u00a0<b>totalmente gratuito<\/b>\u00a0per tutti coloro che fanno parte delle Organizzazioni Promotrici; \u00e8 espressamente ideato per le donne ma aperto anche agli uomini. \u00c8 possibile\u00a0<b><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/pages\/responsepage.aspx?id=BLBvwgqf8kSKVT5f_JlUlD1A4rkInPpFl01e72R8AdRUMlJYME03VlUxSFI0T0Y1UTkyRzc2SFdTTy4u\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">iscriversi a questo link<\/a><\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Per iscriversi bisogna essere in possesso di una\u00a0<b>laurea magistrale<\/b>\u00a0o<b>\u00a0essere iscritti da almeno 10 anni all\u2019ordine degli avvocati, dei commercialisti o dei consulenti del lavoro<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>I 14 incontri formativi si svolgeranno\u00a0<b>in presenza e on line dal mese di maggio sino al mese di ottobre 2023<\/b>.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.manageritalia.it\/content\/download\/Associazione\/associazioni\/bologna\/wob-23-programma.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Qui \u00e8 possibile consultare il\u00a0<\/a><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.manageritalia.it\/content\/download\/Associazione\/associazioni\/bologna\/wob-23-programma.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">programma dettagliato<\/a><\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Al termine dei corsi e dopo il superamento di una prova d\u2019esame gli idonei, oltre al conseguimento della certificazione, verranno inseriti in un\u00a0<b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.manageritalia.it\/it\/chi-siamo\/associazioni-territoriali\/bologna\/women-on-board-ricerca-profili\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">apposito elenco on line<\/a><\/b>\u00a0consultabile dalle imprese che potranno cos\u00ec scegliere la figura professionale pi\u00f9 in sintonia con le caratteristiche della societ\u00e0 e le specifiche esigenze dei CdA di aziende, societ\u00e0 pubbliche e organizzazioni\u202fin cerca di professionisti per gli organi di governance.<\/p>\n<p><em>Fonte: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.manageritalia.it\/it\/servizi\/women-on-board-2023\">MANAGERITALIA<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il progetto che favorisce l\u2019ingresso delle donne nei cda di imprese pubbliche e private si apre a ordini professionali e associazioni di categoria manageriali.
